We only had two days in Warrnambool but we loved our stay at this hotel. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they clearly enjoy their work. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It's a great location for walking to the beach, the RSL and the town centre. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both meals were good quality with a decent range of food and local wines on the menu. Staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable about the food and wines and happy to make amendments to meals where possible. We always stay here when we are in Warrnambool as we find the service and level of amenities are consistently high. Thanks for making our short holiday extra special.

This hotel definitely caters to a senior crowd, but that doesn't mean it can't be a great choice for anyone! The location is fantastic, just 7 mins walk from the beach and an adventure playground for the kids. What I loved: Super comfy bed: I slept like a baby! The mattress was firm but plush, and the linens were clean and soft. Modern tech: The TV was easy to use and had plenty of channels to keep me entertained. Clean and fresh: My room was spotless and odor-free. Everything felt sparkling clean, which is always a plus. Friendly staff: The staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to help with anything I needed. Areas for improvement: Noisy nights: Unfortunately, the walls were thin, so I could hear doors slamming and hallway conversations pretty clearly at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to consider.

We had a comfortable nights' stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed after a recent renovation, with a comfortable bed, great quality WiFi and a well-appointed bathroom. The included breakfast was very generous, we were able to choose whatever we wanted on the menu.

We had a lovely time during our stay over Christmas. Communication throughout was fantastic, our rooms were kept in pristine condition every day, and the quality of the room was excellent. Beth and Raj looked after us throughout our stay and both of them were warm, personable and professional. I’d highly recommend staying here

Well taken care Best Western inn compared to some other Best Western motels. The room and its surroundings are clean and well maintained, making our stay comfortable and providing good value for money. Met Raj who is friendly and helpful as mentioned in other reviews. Didn't eat the the hotel's restaurant as it seemed slightly more pricey than other restaurants nearby.

The rooms are very nice and clean, they are well equipped, the location is central but quiet , but: |Highway police uses parking lot on Sunday 7.30 am for meetings and lets cars engines running directly in front of the rooms. I had to ask 3 times to be able to access the door of my car.

Room had a double and a single bed. Room was clean and very comfortable and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a good range on the menu. It is not the first time that we have stayed there and it will not be the last.
